To Examine the Effects of Relations Between Leader and Employees on Communication, Creativity and Innovation in Organizations
Abstract
The companies should be managed with the right understanding, especially in terms of leadership. The dissatisfaction of the employees towards their companies can be reflected on the customers in the service sector and this situation may even determine the life of the companies. As a result of the analysis of our data, it was determined that leadership effectiveness and learning orientation have positive impact on the effective communication, team creativity and service innovation. This indicates that effective leadership and learning orientation contribute positively to effective communication, team creativity and service innovation in the companies in the service sector. SPSS 23.00 Statistical Package Program was used to evaluate 323 questionnaires; factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for the questions with Likert scale. Correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationships between variables; regression analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses.

Small and Medium Enterprises: A Panacea to the Challenges of Unemployment Problem in Yola Metropolis, Adamawa State
Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the sustainable economic growth and development of most emerging economies. In Nigeria, it is substantiated that, the big companies left alone would not be able to fast track the needed growth and development that would bring us closer to the first twenty most viable economies in the world by 2020. Therefore, it becomes imperative for the development of the SMEs in order to tackle the specific economic challenges that are now facing the country such as the eradication of poverty, harnessing of existing raw materials to the production of goods needed to achieve sustainable economic development. This study adopted the survey design method. The population is drawn from the SMEs in Jimeta/Yola metropolis Adamawa state. The general research objective is to examine how SMEs can serve as a solution to the challenging unemployment problems in Yola metropolis, Adamawa state, and the specific objectives are: to identify the challenges of SMEs and to evaluate their contributions in the economic development of the study area. The stratified random sampling method was considered most apt for this study. The test of hypothesis revealed that the SMEs in Yola metropolis is facing some challenges. The second hypothesis further confirmed that the SMEs contributes to the sustainable economic development of the study area. It is concluded that SMEs in Adamawa State is being faced with numerous challenges that are not within their control. However, they contribute so much to the sustainable economic development of the state through job creation and providing internally generated revenue to the government. It is there recommended that the government should create a pragmatic solution to the challenges encountered by the SMEs through the provision of infrastructural amenities, low-interest rate, the security of life and properties among other facilities.

Business ICT and Automobile Performance in Nigeria
Abstract
This study examined business ICT and Automobile performance in Nigeria. The aim of the study is to examine the effect of E-commerce, Management information system and Internet banking services on automobile performance in Nigeria. Relevant theoretical and empirical literatures were extensively reviewed. The study was anchored on Diffusion Technology Acceptance Model. This research work adopted descriptive research design. The study made use of primary sources of data. The population of study is 2093 made up of all the employees of the five automobile industries in Nigeria. The statistical formula devised by Borg and Gall (1973) was employed to determine the sample size of 404. The data generated were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The hypotheses formulated were tested using T test method. The study revealed that E-commerce has a significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. This implies that E-commerce has a positive significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. Management information system has a significant influence on Automobile performance in Nigeria. This implies that Management information system has a significant influence on Automobile performance in Nigeria Internet banking services have a significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. This implies that Internet banking services have a significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. The study concludes that business ICT have a positive significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. The researcher recommended that. Management of Automobile companies should increase the use of E-commerce since the use of E-commerce has a positive significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria. Automobile companies should invest in Management information systems that are easy to use because it guarantees privacy, affordable charges. Automobile companies should carry out several public enlightenment programs so as to increase the level of awareness of Internet banking services since Internet banking services have a significant effect on Automobile performance in Nigeria

The Application of Pestle Theory to the Role of Chairman (Chief Executive Officer) in a New Business in Gurgoan, India
Abstract
The idea of entrepreneurship has help to develop skills, knowledge and confidence in people to implement business in life. In this research work, the chairman roles were clearly explained in relation to a theoretical framework. PESTLE analysis was used as a framework that underpins the performance of the chairman in the business. The chairman study situations in India, the society where the business has been sited. Such as the employment law, that states employees are not allowed to work for more than 48 hours in a week and 9 hours in a day. The minimum wage is 115 India rupees per day with effect from 2011. The mode of tax payment to the authority was also essential for the business. The economic indicators in India, such as the GDP growth rate was 6.1%, interest rate was 8% bench mark and inflation rate was 9.5%. All these factors help firms to plan a successful business start-up. The chairman also plays some very essential roles within the company; this has been shown in the findings. The researcher recommends that: Government should provide an enable environment for entrepreneurship business sustainability. Government should ensure that infrastructures are provided for the business environment. Availability of firms in a society increase employment level and this would also boost GDP growth rate of the nation. Regular workshops and seminars should be organising for the employees to improve services. This is essential to the chairman role; it is good for the health of the business.

Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction of Selected Commercial Banks in South-East Nigeria
Abstract
paper examined work life balance and job satisfaction of selected banks in South-East, Nigeria. The study was necessitated by high rate of work-life unbalance in the banking industry. Specifically, the study determined the effect of workload pressure, role conflict, family stress and Work flexibility on job satisfaction. The study was anchored on the Effort-Recovery Model as the theoretical framework. A total of fifteen banks were studied, and the population of study was 1967, while the statistical formula devised by Borg and Gall (1973) was employed to determine the sample of 386. The study also employed Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) method to determine work life balance and job satisfaction. The tools used in analyzing the data collected include simple percentages, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. Finding from the study reveals a significant effect of workload pressure on employee productivity while role conflict has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The study further revealed that family stress exerts significant effect on job satisfaction. Finally, Work flexibility was found to have no significant effect on job satisfaction. The study concluded that work load pressure, role conflict .and family has significant effect on job satisfaction. The study recommended that in order to cope with work life balance issues within the workplace it is necessary for management to note the volume of work assigned to employees. Management needs to take remedial action immediately; work should be delegated appropriately ensuring that no one is being excessively burdened. Employees should be provided with breaks and holidays appropriately to reduce stress and be happy with their work.
