Secured Website
Abstract
Since the invention of the internet by Tim Berners-Lee, web development has continued to witness monumental and revolutionary changes. The changes are either in form of increase in functionalities or introduction of versions of languages and software that are less prone to
attacks. But, as more functionalities and new versions are being introduced, they come with unforeseen flaws that are later discovered by the inventors themselves or professionals in the field. These problems bring about the need for a model to secure system that individuals and organization could learn from. This study used a research methodology called design and creation research. The work started by trying to study how HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL could work together to produce a dynamic web application, starting from their histories. The study also expatiates on so many types of PHP vulnerabilities that exist on the internet and possible ways of preventing them through recommendations from relevant professional bodies such as OWASP, PHP The Right Way, and CVE. A model secure system was developed with the recommended security features.

The Use of Information Communication Technology in Marketing of Library Services in the 21st Century
Abstract
The marketing concept of today's library and information centers covers various topics such as management of libraries and commitment to. This paper discussed marketing and its current approach to library and information services in the 21st century and the 4ps (product, price, place and promotion) of marketing mix. In modern age, the library and information services (LIS) are customer (user) oriented. Therefore, users' priorities, expectations and needs are taken into account. The services should be value added according to the current requirement of the users. The study also examines the 21st century demand for marketing, library customer/users and library and information professionals. The use of social media was x-rayed and librarians are to understand the nature of information, needs of users, and the transfer between people and information. For the library in the 21st century to remain competitive, and relevant, it has to change its image to a user-oriented service organization with knowledge-based social structure.

Gender Differences in the Adoption of Self-Service Technologies Among Students
Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the factors that affect the gender differences in the adoption of Self-Service Technology (SST) among students in Nigeria. The four factors examined in this study are performance expectancy (PE), facilitating condition (FC), social influence (SI) and service quality (SQ), using gender as the moderating variable. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was utilized in this study. Stratified sampling method was used with a total valid 355 respondents, which were randomly drawn from Students of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi state, Nigeria. Results of the regression analysis revealed that Performance Expectance (PE), Service Quality (SQ) and Facilitating Condition (FC) have significant and positive relationship with the behavioural intention to adopt SST. Similarly, the independent t-test results revealed that PE significantly influences the Intention of men to adopt SST higher than women. While SQ, significantly influences the Intention of women to adopt SST higher than men.

Spirulina Detection Using Deep Learning Approach
Abstract
Spirulina is an algal microorganism that comes in four species. It is a green growth microorganism are widely used in water quality determination and monitoring. Profound learning and convolutional neural systems are turning into a broadly utilized strategy for picture classification in a number of domains. Moreover, Deep-Learning and Convolutional Neural Networks are yielding better outcomes and utilize strategy in a variety of picture classification problems. Computerized discovery of Spirulina is one of the most top research topics in the field. For this study, a broad spirulina picture dataset was specifically built. This paper presents the outcomes of a study which utilised Convolutional Neural Network technology in the spirulina discovery problem in order to ascertain whether it is appropriate to identify Spirulina. A comprehensive spirulina picture dataset was specifically devised utilizing an artificial picture augmentation technique on real pictures of spirulina gathered from waterways in Turkey. The dataset covers distinctive light conditions and it was computationally expanded from 60 original sample pictures to 1000 pictures. In this study, a customized Convolutional Neural Network configuration that settles the 4-class spirulina detection and identification problem from an extensive set of microscopic pictures are proposed. Outcomes are examined and compared with those of past investigations. We present a preliminary investigation that utilizes the Convolutional Neural Network in the problem of discovering spirulina.
