When AI Advertising Gets Smarter: The Role of AI-Agencies in Forming Brand Loyalty.
Abstract
This paper aims to theorize the fragmented connections found in the literature among AI, advertising, customer engagement (moderated by AI-agency), and brand outcomes as networking relationship rather than cause-and-effect relationship. This conceptual study seeks to predict these fragmented networking relationships and develop a new theoretical model based on Actor-Network Theory (ANT). Drawing from ANT, the study examines the effect of AI-advertising on AI-based customer engagement, moderated by AI-agency, to assess its impact on brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. It involves identifying situations, objects, behaviors, or people using human versus non-human factors and revealing antecedents and outcomes. This is achieved by formulating propositions regarding the impact of AI-advertising on AI-based customer engagement humanized by AI-agency. The proposed theoretical model aims to pave the way for future researchers to empirically test these relationships.

Marxist Sociological Insights on Learning Management Inequality in Sierra Leonean Primary and Secondary Academies.
Abstract
This sociological inquiry applies Marxist ideology to evaluate learning management inequality in Sierra Leonean primary and secondary academies. Imaging on the essential analysis of Karl Henrich Marx and later sociologists like Althusser, Picketty, the inquiry argues that Sierra Leone’s learning structure extensively produces class-based differences deep-seated in wider socio-economic considerations. Utilizing a theoretical approach and interpretative case studies like aristocratic urban establishments and underfunded suburban academies, the inquiry emphasizes how curriculum plan, opinionative communicating and unequal opportunities to social resources overly service learners from wealthy upbringings. The examination produces that while Sierra Leone's post-independence transformations outstretched access to social learning, they overlooked to handle stubborn systemic social inequalities. The learning structure persists to function as an ideological and potential force for class reprint, corresponding with capitalist labor requirements and preserving aristocratic domination. Despite Marxist ideology has barriers, specifically in justifying other alternatives of identity-centric segregation like gender and ethnicity; it stays an effective methodology for questioning learning social inequity in subaltern cultural societies. The research completes with suggestions for impartial resource allocation, curriculum revision, and the upgrading of critical pedagogy to promote a further all-embracing and socially equal learning structure.

The descriptive statistical tools of percentage and mean rating were used to analyze the demographic data and data relating to research questions, respectively. While the inferential statistics of Pearson Correlation and multiple regression were used to test the hypotheses at the 0.05 alpha level. The study based on the analysis revealed that the influence of TLA on the commitment of employees is positive and significant(R = 0.717, P=0.000). Specifically, it showed with β = 0.229, P=0.009 < 0.05, that appreciation/recognition of employees for doing their jobs well influence EC positively and significantly. With β = 0.510, P = 0.000 < 0.05, that promotion and salary increase positively and significantly influence EC and with β = 0.185, P= 0.017 < 0.05 that contingency punishment for not performing well have a positive and slightly significant influence on EC.
