Effect of Entrepreneurship Creativity on Waste Utilization
Abstract
The study investigates the effect of entrepreneurship creativity on waste utilization using Padson Industries Limited as case study. It is widely accepted that waste utilization is a global problem. This problem is even more pronounced in developing countries such as Nigeria where waste utilization is a major concern. Studies have shown that the volume of waste does not actually constitute the problem but the ability or inability of governments, individuals and waste disposal firms to keep up with the task of managing waste and the environment. The objectives of this research are to: examine the influence of creativity education on waste conversion; determine to what extent creativity education has influence waste recycling; evaluate the effect of creativity skill on waste conversion and to determine the relationship between creativity skill and waste recycling. The data required for this study was gathered through the instrument of questionnaire. 75 (seventy-five) were administered out to the employees and 63 (sixty-three) were randomly sampled. To attain the objectives of this study, data collected were coded using SPSS to run Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient to test the hypothesis. The result indicates that there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurship creativity and waste utilization. A number of recommendations were made which includes: organization to utilize the wasteful resources in a more productive way; organizations should improve and increase the level of their waste management so as to boost the level of their productivity; creativity skills needed for waste utilization should be integrated into the curriculum of entrepreneurship education programme in Nigerian Universities. Finally, it is concluded that waste re-use and recycling activities contribute positive impact to waste utilization. Furthermore, the researcher asserted that a higher public involvement in waste utilization such as re-use and recycling is likely to ensure a clean and healthy environment and improve youth skill, enrich self-development and serve as external source of income.

The Relationship Between Entrepreneurs’ Financial Literacy and Business Performance Among Entrepreneurs of Bauchi State Nigeria
Abstract
Financial literacy of entrepreneur has been acknowledged as an important aspect that contribute to the success of any business. Many studies have proven that entrepreneurs who possessed high level of financial literacy contribute to success of their business in term of financial and non-financial success. Despite the important of this aspect there is limited study that explore this issue in Nigeria. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between financial literacy and business performance of entrepreneurs in Bauchi State Nigeria. A survey questionnaire was sent to a random sample 500 entrepreneurs which resulted in 386 useable returned questionnaires. The result revealed a statistically significant relationship between the different dimension of financial literacy and entrepreneurial business performance. Thus, the findings prove that financial literacy plays significant role in improving business performance. Therefore, the entrepreneurs need to improve their financial literacy skill in order to enhance their business performance.

Benefits and Barriers of Entrepreneurial Ventures – A Literature Review Point of View
Abstract
This study seeks to provide an insight into the benefits and barriers of entrepreneurial ventures. The study contributes to the world of knowledge by not only providing an understanding of the benefits and barriers of entrepreneurial ventures but complement previous studies done within the same area of study. In pursuance of the aim of the study, a comprehensive literature review was carried out on the benefits and barriers of these ventures. The paper finds that entrepreneurial ventures contribute significantly to national economies globally through employment creation, competition, innovation, inflation reduction, production of goods and services, gross domestic product, balanced regional development, social benefits and improved standards of living and knowledge enrichment and entrepreneurship development. The paper also identified the barriers of entrepreneurial ventures including but not limited to lack of access to finance, lack of information/ knowledge, lack of skilled workers and management skills, lack of infrastructure, escalating corruption, policies/law and regulations, cultural and social barriers, poor record keeping, economic influences and market.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship Teaching and Learning in Nigeria Polytechnics
Abstract
The need to strengthen entrepreneurship education has now become an increasing metaphor in Nigeria institutions due to recent economic recession. Entrepreneurship education has thus, become a sine qua-non every institution must establish going by recent mandate given to higher institutions of learning by regulatory bodies. Paramount to its success, policies and programmes initiated were to foster entrepreneurship teaching and learning among students in schools. This study aims at investigating the potential of entrepreneurship education in Nigerian polytechnics towards job creation & national development and to encourage greater level of entrepreneurial participation. A total of 240 respondents identified from a Nigerian polytechnic (The federal polytechnic Bida) participated in this survey. The result shows that current approaches in use to facilitate entrepreneurial teaching and learning need to be reviewed to yield the desired goal. While the perception of respondents differ based on cognitive factors, the result applauds the need to resolve several misconceptions stemming from identified factors that foster more entrepreneurship activities to contribute towards the nation’s economic growth needs.

Influence of Electronic Banking on Corporate Customers’ Satisfaction Among Selected SMEs in Ekiti State, Nigeria
Abstract
The study reviewed the effect of electronic banking on corporate customers’ satisfaction in Ekiti State Nigeria with a view to establish whether electronic banking tool, e-banking implementation, awareness of e-banking and service availability of e-banking significantly affect corporate customers’ satisfaction in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The study was born out of the need to ascertain whether e-banking tool has been widely accepted by the general public in Ekiti State as an alternative to cash holding. The study analysis was achieved through t-test of multiple regression statistics. The study found from the result of multiple regression that electronic banking tool significantly affect corporate customers’ satisfaction with the probability of (t= 0.572; .000 < 0.05); electronic banking implementation significantly affect corporate customers’ satisfaction showing probability of t-statistic (t= 0.272; .000 <0.05); electronic banking awareness significantly affect the corporate customers’ satisfaction showing probability of t-statistic (t= 0.199; 0.000 < 0.05); e-banking service availability has significant negative effect on satisfaction of corporate customers showing probability of t-statistic (t= -0.610; 0.000 < 0.05). The study therefore inferred that electronic banking have significant influence on corporate customers’ satisfaction in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.
